Padel: Lessons

AJ and Alex are qualified Padel Tennis Coaches with the RPP (Registro Professional de Padel) and BPCA (British Padel Coaching Association) respectively. We will be running a full program at Crowborough Tennis Club  and at other Padel venues where appropriate. 

We can take you through the basics and get you on a local court to learn how to play. It works best with groups of 4 to 6 when you are first starting out. Then groups of 4 going forward if you do not want to work on something as an individual or a pair.

The basics of padel are similar to hitting the old school chopper grip forehands, backhands and volleys. The additional aspects are working with the side and back walls, the types of shot you require to be advantageous tactically and how to work as a double pair. Advanced tactics and shots are also available to be taught when you reach a good level of play.
