9:30 to 13:30 each day. Registration 9am

We will need the following information for ALL children in addition to payment: 

Name of Parent / Guardian (particularly if the surname differs from the Childs)
Name Of Child
Age of Child
Days of Attendance
Early Drop off or Late Pick Up confirmation (if applicable)
(you can drop off at 8:30am and collect at 14:00 for an extra £10 per day)
Any Allergies or Health Concerns we need to be aware of
Emergency Contact Details - preferably mobile numbers
