We have a line up of doctors, pro. coaches, ex tour players, sports scientists, coach educators; add a group of passionate people to the mix and we will benefit and learn from each other.
The theme is how to better care for our own and our athletes mental health. Looking at subjects on how to build confidence, challenge the status quo, be in the zone and more. All to help females feel welcome to play the sports they'd like to, make wiser decisions, to feel included, and most of all fall in love with being active. All of which will help develop beneficial life skills.
